Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales and coach the team in a dynamic retail environment. You will work closely with the Brand Manager to execute plans that drive performance and customer satisfaction.

The role involves talent development, cross-functional collaboration with clinical and lab teams, and ownership of daily operations to meet service standards and sales targets.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Lead talent acquisition and development, including recruiting and training.
• Collaborate with Clinical services and ensure timely lab production.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals and maintain brand standards.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
