Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales, coach associates, and partner with the Brand Manager to drive results. This role emphasizes coaching, training, and enhancing customer service while maintaining brand standards across operations.

You will work closely with Clinical services and Lab staff to ensure service promises like Now Service and Ready When Promised are met, while supporting talent acquisition and performance management in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and Lab staff.
• Analyze reports to ensure sales goals are achieved.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer orders and service levels.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and communicate equipment issues.
