Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales and coach a high-performing team. You will collaborate with the Brand Manager, Clinical and Lab staff to drive results while building a positive, performance-driven atmosphere.

You will train and develop associates, participate in talent recruitment, and work closely with HR to ensure customer service excellence and operational efficiency. This role offers leadership growth and exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability with at least one year of experience in a fast paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies, as well as directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience.
• Support Brand Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty to accomplish objectives.
• Support store talent acquisition and development; including direct recruiting, partnering with Recruiting Department, training new team members and ongoing development plans for store associates.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Ensure proper lab production so that Now Service and Ready When Promised are achieved.
• Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions or order issues.
• Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned and required.
