Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and drive sales performance while ensuring top-tier customer service. You will partner with the Brand Manager, supervise store operations, and coach associates to deliver exceptional eye care and product solutions.

The role involves talent acquisition, training, and collaborating with Clinical and Lab staff, with a focus on meeting service targets and maintaining brand standards across all store activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on Duty.
• Recruit and develop store staff and coordinate withRecruiting Department.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services and Lab staff.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Ensure lab production meets Now Service/Ready When Promised targets.
• Oversee repairs and lens edging to expedite delivery.
• Ensure brand standards in lab and notify about equipment issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and maintain 100% compliance.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
