Stanton Optical is actively seeking a Sales Manager to lead and mentor a store team, driving sales performance while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will partner with the Brand Manager, support recruiting and development, and coordinate with clinical and lab teams to ensure smooth operations and timely eyewear delivery.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and empowering team members to meet aggressive sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment (≥1 year).
Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
Strong communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on duty to achieve objectives.
Assist store talent acquisition and development, including recruiting and training.
Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and HR.
Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and comply with brand standards.
Ensure timely lab production and accurate customer orders.
