Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales, coach a team, and collaborate with the Brand Manager to drive results across operations. You will empower staff, partner with the Clinical team, and report to Senior Leadership on performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least one year of experience in a fast paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, often acting as Manager on duty to achieve targets.
• Assist in talent acquisition and development, recruit and train store associates.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and Support Center/HR.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and maintain schedules.
• Ensure lab production supports Now Service and Ready When Promised deadlines.
• Oversee lens edging and assembly to expedite delivery and accuracy of orders.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% on-time service.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
