Job summary

Stanton Optical in New York seeks a Sales Manager to lead a fast‑paced retail team, drive store performance and coach associates toward shared targets. You will work closely with the Brand Manager, train staff, and partner with Clinical services to optimize patient care and sales results.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment (at least 1 year).
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Assist Brand Manager and act as Manager on duty to drive objectives.
• Support store recruitment and training programs.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to confirm staff achievement of goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
• Ensure lab production supports Now Service and Ready When Promised.
• Perform basic repairs and assemble lenses to expedite delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report malfunctions.
• Monitor delivery times to patients for 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
