Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach a retail team, partnering with Brand Manager to drive sales performance and a positive store culture. You will recruit, train and develop associates, collaborate with Clinical and Lab staff, analyze performance metrics, and ensure customer service excellence while meeting brand standards and delivery goals.

Experience in fast-paced retail optics is preferred; MS Word/Google Docs proficiency helps scheduling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Assist with talent acquisition and development; recruit and train store associates.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and Lab staff.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports to ensure targets are met.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Ensure proper lab production to meet Now Service and Ready When Promised goals.
• Execute simple customer repairs and assemble lenses to expedite delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients for 100% on-time delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
