Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales efforts, coach associates, and partner with the Brand Manager to execute action plans that boost performance and customer satisfaction.

The role involves training staff, aligning with Clinical and Lab teams, and reporting metrics to leadership. Prior retail leadership and a positive, results-driven mindset are essential. Eligible for bonus and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty as needed.
• Recruit, train, and develop store associates; collaborate with Recruiting.
• Partner with Clinical services and ensure effective lab production.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and optimize performance.
• Communicate with Support Center and Human Resources for alignment.
• Manage delivery timeliness and accuracy of customer orders.
