Now Optics is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a Stanton Optical location, driving sales performance and coaching a team toward goals. You will support the Brand Manager, assist in talent development, and partner with Clinical and Lab teams to ensure strong performance.

Qualificações

• 1+ year in a fast paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals with outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Recruitment support and development plans for store staff.
• Collaborate with Clinical services and ensure lab production meets targets.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and maintain brand standards.
