Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team in our Florida stores. You will coach associates, partner with Clinical and Lab teams, and collaborate with Senior Leadership to drive sales and service excellence.

You will recruit and train staff, analyze performance data, and ensure timely, accurate eyewear orders while maintaining brand standards. This role offers growth, competitive compensation, and opportunities in a fast-growing optical retailer.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Assist in talent acquisition and development; partner with Recruiting and HR.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and Lab staff.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to guide staff.
• Ensure lab production meets standards for Now Service and Ready When Promised.
• Oversee order accuracy, timely delivery, and repairs as required.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report issues to management.
• Monitor delivery times to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
