Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales efforts and coach the team toward high performance. You will report to the Brand (Store) Manager and help implement action plans to drive results while maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• At least one year leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty to oversee recruiting, training, and development of staff.
• Foster partnership with Clinical services and Lab staff.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Ensure lab production supports Now Service and Ready When Promised commitments.
• Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses to speed delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure timely fulfillment.
