Now Optics, operating as Stanton Optical, seeks a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced optical retail team. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure brand standards while collaborating with Clinical services and the Support Center.

You will recruit and develop store talent, analyze performance data, and ensure on-time delivery of eyeglasses. The role requires at least one year of leadership in retail, strong communication, and a passion for modernizing eye care.

Formación

• Leadership experience in fast-paced retail environments.
• Experience planning sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Google Docs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty to accomplish objectives.
• Assist store talent acquisition and development; recruit, partner with Recruiting, train new team members, and plan ongoing development.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
• Ensure proper lab production for Now Service and Ready When Promised.
• Execute basic customer repairs and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
