Job summary

Now Optics is seeking a Stanton Optical Sales Manager to lead and coach a retail team at an on-site Virginia store. You will drive sales, supervise operations, and partner with clinical teams to deliver excellent eye care and customer service.

You will train and develop staff, analyze performance data, and ensure timely production and order delivery while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability with at least one year in a fast paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience.
• Support Brand Manager duties as Manager on duty to accomplish store objectives.
• Assist in talent acquisition and development including recruiting and training.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and support teams.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and maintain brand standards.
• Oversee lab production to meet Now Service and Ready When Promised targets.
• Process simple repairs, assemble frames, and ensure accurate, timely orders.
