Job summary

Now Optics, d/b/a Stanton Optical Brand, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store performance, coach associates, and partner with the Brand Manager to drive results. This on-site role emphasizes customer service, sales execution, and teamwork.

You will train staff, collaborate with clinical and lab teams, analyze reports, and ensure standards for Now Service and Ready When Promised are met while supporting top eyewear brands.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on duty to accomplish objectives.
• Assist with talent acquisition and training for store associates.
• Collaborate with Clinical services and Lab staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to ensure goals are met.
• Ensure lab production standards and timely completion of orders.
