Stanton Optical in Texas is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the store's sales team, coach associates, and coordinate with Clinical and Lab staff to drive strong results.

You will supervise action plans, train team members, and collaborate with Brand Managers to boost performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on duty as needed.
• Assist in talent acquisition and staff development; recruit and train associates.
• Foster a strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure goals are met by staff.
• Communicate with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Ensure lab production supports timely service and orders.
• Execute simple customer repairs and edge stock lenses.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients to ensure compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
