The role requires 3–5 years of sales leadership, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Excellent communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3–5 years of experience leading a sales team or in sales leadership roles.
• Proven ability to cultivate high-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Strong change management, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by exceeding daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals across multiple revenue channels.
• Oversee multi-trade sales across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades with financing options.
• Review dispatch and coordinate with managers to assign resources for each call.
• Lead and monitor comprehensive training programs and establish KPIs to improve performance.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to develop strategies and identify new offerings.
• Be available for nights, afterhours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team and align with the 'Southern Model'.
