Job summary

Southern Home Services in Ocala, FL is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. You will drive revenue growth, implement hands-on training, and align with our Southern Model to elevate performance and customer satisfaction.

You will develop sales strategies, analyze local markets, and mentor the team, including HCAs, technicians, and CSRs. This exempt role requires leadership, flexibility for after-hours work, and a focus on results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading a sales team or in successful sales leadership roles.
• Proven ability to cultivate high-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Skilled in leading change management initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a drive for results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across the organization.
• Effective time management with attention to detail and ability to handle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by exceeding daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals across all revenue channels.
• Oversee multi-trade sales across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades with financing options.
• Review the dispatch board and coordinate with dispatch and managers to allocate resources.
• Manage comprehensive training programs and establish KPIs to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to develop strategies and analyze local markets.
• Be available for nights, afterhours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team and integrate the Southern Model.
