Job summary

Southern Home Services, via its Dunn's HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Anniston operation, seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow the in-house sales force across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

You will drive revenue, mentor a results-driven team, and implement the Southern Model to align with company standards. Expect hands-on training, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to boost market share.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading a sales team or in sales leadership roles.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
• Strong change management and strategic thinking skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Coordinating across multiple trades and departments using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals across revenue channels (HCAs, technicians, plumbers, electricians, CSRs).
• Oversee multi-trade sales across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades with financing options.
• Review dispatch board and coordinate with dispatch and managers to assign technicians and resources.
• Manage training programs with hands-on sessions; establish and monitor KPIs to improve performance.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to analyze markets and suggest new products/services.
• Be available for nights, afterhours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team and align with the Southern Model.
