You will recruit, mentor, and align the team with the Southern Model, manage multi-trade sales efforts, and work with dispatch to optimize resources. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading a sales team or in sales leadership.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales goals across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades.
• Oversee multi-trade sales efforts and utilization of financing options.
• Review dispatch boards and allocate resources to calls.
• Lead comprehensive training programs and monitor KPIs.
• Recruit, train and mentor the sales team and align with the Southern Model.
