Southern Home Services is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. You will drive revenue, train staff, and optimize performance through KPI-driven programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-trade sales teams across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work nights, afterhours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales goals across all channels (HCAs, technicians, plumbers, electricians, CSRs).
• Oversee multi-trade sales efforts and utilize financing options to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
• Review dispatch board and coordinate with dispatch/manager to assign resources to calls.
• Lead comprehensive training programs with hands-on, face-to-face sessions; establish KPIs and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to develop strategies and analyze local markets.
