Southern Home Services is hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales force across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. You will drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, coach HCAs, technicians, and CSRs, and implement the company’s training programs to elevate team performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales leadership, strong relationship-building, and strategic thinking.

Competenze

3–5 years of experience leading a sales team or in sales leadership roles.
Proven ability to cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across the organization.
Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Mansioni

Drive revenue growth by exceeding daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals across all revenue channels.
Oversee multi-trade sales across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades with financing options.
Review dispatches to allocate technician, HCA, and resources for each call.
Lead comprehensive training programs with KPI monitoring to improve performance.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to develop strategies and expand market share.
Be available for nights, afterhours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team and align with the Southern Model.
