• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policy execution and store conditions are maintained.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs and events like Balloons and birthday parties.
• Promote loyalty program enrollment to drive retention and visits.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations and coordination with frame shop.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate on Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
