Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach a high-performing sales team. You will partner with the Brand Manager to implement action plans that boost sales performance and maintain a positive, results-driven store culture.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will train associates, collaborate with Clinical and Lab staff, and engage Senior Leadership to drive store operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualificações

• At least one year of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty as needed.
• Lead talent acquisition and development; recruit, train, and develop store staff.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services and Lab Staff.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Ensure proper lab production to meet service standards and delivery deadlines.
• Oversee in-lab brand standards, monitor equipment and resolve issues.
• Track delivery times to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and on-time orders.
• Perform simple customer repairs, assemble lenses, and edge stock lenses.
