Job summary

You will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, oversee POS and Self-Checkout, promote the Loyalty Rewards Program, and coordinate in-store programs. Strong leadership and customer focus are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Must satisfy federal, state, local legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Coach team on Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store operations.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout and ensure smooth transactions.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Support Knit & Sew Shop and Custom Framing operations where applicable.
• Develop team through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
