Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales, coach a team, and partner with the Brand Manager to drive performance. The role involves training associates, overseeing operations, and maintaining excellent customer service.

You will collaborate with clinical staff, analyze performance data, and ensure timely production and delivery of eyewear while upholding brand standards across the lab and shop.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Assist in talent acquisition and development; train and coach store associates.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services and coordinate with HR and Support Center.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and maintain brand standards in the lab area.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and proper lens handling.
