Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach a high-performing store team, partnering with the Brand Manager to execute sales action plans and enhance customer service. You will train associates, collaborate with Clinical and Lab staff, and drive performance through data-driven decision making in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a team setting.
• Excellent communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties as Manager on duty to accomplish objectives.
• Support store talent acquisition and development including recruiting and onboarding.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Ensure proper lab production to meet service promises.
• Perform simple repairs, edge lenses, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients for 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
