Now Optics, trading as Stanton Optical Brand, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store performance under the Brand Manager. You will coach associates, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service while partnering with Clinical and Lab teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, including recruiting, training, and liaising with Clinical and Lab teams.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and coordinate with Support Center/HR.
• Ensure lab production meets Now Service and Ready When Promised targets.
• Perform simple repairs, assemble lenses, and expedite delivery of eyewear.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report equipment issues.
