Now Optics, owner of Stanton Optical, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a fast-paced retail team. You will drive sales, coach staff, and partner with Clinical services to meet targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role involves talent development, collaboration with the Brand Manager, and overseeing lab production to ensure timely delivery and quality. A dynamic, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Leadership with at least 1 year in a fast paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities
