Now Optics, Stanton Optical Brand, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive store performance and coach a results-driven team. You will partner with the Brand Manager to execute action plans, recruit and train staff, and align operations with clinical and lab teams.

You will lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining brand standards. This role offers growth and exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on Duty to achieve objectives.
• Recruiting, training, and developing store associates; partner with HR.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and maintain brand standards.
• Oversee lab production to meet Now Service and Ready When Promised targets.
