Stanton Optical Brand is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales, coach associates and partner with the Clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences. You will act as Manager on duty, drive performance, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate with HR and Support Center while ensuring on-time lab and service.

Qualifications

Leadership with at least one year in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on duty to achieve objectives.
Talent acquisition and development; recruit, train, and develop store associates.
Build partnership with Clinical services and coordinate with HR and Support Center.
Ensure lab production supports Now Service and Ready When Promised.
Execute customer repairs, lens edging, and on-time delivery of orders.
Maintain brand standards in the lab and report issues to management.
Monitor delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
