Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales performance and coach a high-performing team. You will support the Brand Manager, train associates, and foster a strong partnership with Clinical staff, driving results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.

• Optical industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Lead store talent acquisition and development; including direct recruiting and training.
• Partner with Clinical services and support Brand Manager duties.
• Coordinate with Recruiting Department and ongoing development plans for staff.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and monitor equipment.
