Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Colorado's Aurora area seeks a high-performing Sales Manager in Training. This two-quarter track is designed to master our in-home sales system and prepare you to lead a winning team.

Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors with uncapped earnings ($150,000–$300,000+ OTE) and weekly commissions. You’ll mentor reps, run team huddles, and help scale a fast-growing, award-winning organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales success in home improvement or similar industry.
• Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Strong communication skills and leadership potential.
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Master our in-home sales system and sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors.
• Lead by example and set performance and culture standards.
• Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching.
• Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings; drive culture, accountability, and performance.
• Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers; meet all performance benchmarks.

2-Quarter Management Track

Quarter 1: Sales Foundation

• Master our in-home sales system
• Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors
• Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture
• Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks

Quarter 2: Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
• Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings
• Drive team culture, accountability, and performance
• Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers

Requirements
