We're seeking elite sales professionals for our Sales Manager in Training program. Quad phases: Quarter 1—Sales Excellence; Quarter 2—Leadership Development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry.
• Proven success selling high-ticket products or services.
• Strong communication skills with leadership potential.
• Competitive mindset and desire to build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Master the in-home sales process and close high-ticket deals.
• Sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Mentor and coach new sales representatives.
• Lead trainings, team huddles, and ride-alongs to drive results.

2-Quarter Leadership Track

Quarter 1: Sales Excellence

• Master our proven in-home sales process


• Sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors


• Lead by example through performance, accountability, and professionalism


• Achieve key performance benchmarks

Quarter 2: Leadership Development

• Mentor and coach new sales representatives


• Lead trainings, team huddles, and ride-alongs


• Drive accountability, culture, and results


• Help develop future top performers

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000-$300,000+ uncapped earning potential


• Weekly commission pay + Performance bonuses
