Home Genius Exteriors is seeking elite sales professionals to join its Sales Manager in Training program. You will master our proven in-home sales process and sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors while paving a path to leadership.

2-Quarter Leadership Track

Quarter 1: Sales Excellence

• Master our proven in-home sales process
• Sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Lead by example through performance, accountability, and professionalism
• Achieve key performance benchmarks

Quarter 2: Leadership Development

• Mentor and coach new sales representatives
• Lead trainings, team huddles, and ride-alongs
• Drive accountability, culture, and results
• Help develop future top performers

What We're Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000-$300,000+ uncapped earning potential
• Weekly commission pay + Performance bonuses
