Home Genius Exteriors in Swedesboro, NJ, seeks top-performing sales pros for a two-quarter Management Track that starts with a strong sales foundation and leads into leadership.

As a Sales Manager in Training, you will master the in-home sales process, sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors, and mentor future reps while driving performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry.
• Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset.
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team.

We’re seeking top-performing sales pros ready to level up. Our Sales Manager in Training role is a 2-quarter track to master our system, prove your results, and step into leadership in a high-growth environment.

2-Quarter Management Track

Quarter 1: Sales Foundation

Earn the right to lead by becoming a top producer and mastering our proven sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Master our in-home sales system
• Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors
• Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture
• Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks

Quarter 2: Leadership & Mentorship

Transition from top performer to team leader by developing and coaching others.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
• Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings
• Drive team culture, accountability, and performance
• Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks

Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits

• Uncapped Earnings Potential: $150,000–$300,000+ OTE
• Weekly Pay: Competitive commissions paid weekly

Schedule
