Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking top-performing sales pros for a 2-quarter Sales Manager in Training program. You will master our in-home sales system, selling windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors, while setting performance standards and leading by example.

In Quarter 2 you will mentor reps, lead trainings, and help onboard future top producers, with uncapped earnings and paid weekly commissions as part of a rapid growth culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry.
• Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset.
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors.
• Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching.
• Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings.
• Drive team culture, accountability, and performance.

2-Quarter Management Track

Quarter 1: Sales Foundation

• Master our in-home sales system
• Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors
• Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture
• Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks

Quarter 2: Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
• Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings

Compensation & Benefits

• Uncapped Earnings Potential: $150,000–$300,000+ OTE
