Responsibilities

• Staff Management and Leadership; Meet and exceed location sales quotas.
• Ensure Sales Counselors follow training manuals and company policies.
• Provide ongoing sales instruction to meet customers’ needs.
• Manage Sales Counselors as primary reference for aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, deals, and service delivery.
• Develop marketing programs tailored to community demographics and competition.
• Plan and participate in community events to develop prospects and awareness.
• Review contracts for compliance with HMIS, laws, and regulations; approve discounts.
