Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales management experience required.
• Sales Counselor and sales supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record; insurance license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a well-trained sales staff to meet or exceed quotas.
• Meet and exceed location sales quotas and grow market share and customer base.
• Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to ensure counselors meet customer needs.
• Guide aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, and closing skills for counselors.
• Analyze competition and plan marketing programs that enhance community presence.
• Review contracts for compliance with laws and company policies.
