The role monitors compliance with laws and company policies, oversees marketing and community engagement, and ensures high-quality customer service.

Qualified candidates may have high school completion with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and experience in sales supervision is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience not required; supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate salespeople.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed location sales quotas.
• Ensure Sales Counselors follow training manuals and company policies.
• Provide ongoing sales instruction to Sales Counselors.
• Oversee aftercare process, prospecting, and customer service.
• Develop marketing programs aligned to community demographics.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
• Organize community events to generate prospects.
• Review pre-need and at-need contracts for compliance.
• Approve discounts and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain marketing materials, training manuals, and sales equipment.
• Budget and approve sales programs, incentives, and presentations.
• Keep sales rooms and offices clean and professional.
• Ensure adherence to Code of Conduct and licensure.
• Maintain confidentiality and ability to work beyond hours when needed.
