SCI is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Counselors at our Fort Wayne location. You will drive quota attainment, coach staff, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities include developing local marketing programs, analyzing competitor pricing, managing expenses, and maintaining sales materials. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and 3–5 years of sales management experience is required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of sales management experience
• Sales Counselor and supervisory experience preferred
• Experience presenting, training, coaching and motivating salespeople and sales forces a plus
• Valid state driver's license with good driving record
• Insurance license as required by state law and as prescribed by each state board

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed established location sales quotas
• Ensure that Sales Counselors utilize methods as set forth in training manuals while observing Company policies
• Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to ensure that all Sales Counselors meet or exceed the needs of the customers
• Manage Sales Counselors acting as their primary reference regarding aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, and closing skills
