Michaels Stores in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture, guide front-end operations, and drive exceptional customer experiences across the store. You will coach teams, uphold brand standards, and deliver strong KPI results.

You will oversee POS and Self-Checkout, manage in-store programs, and promote loyalty and protection plans while driving omni-channel service like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualificações

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead selling culture and front-end operations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage to support smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs and events (e.g., balloons, parties).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and protection plan offerings to drive retention.
• Drive sales and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
