Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the S.ANT-INGRAM, TX store. You will lead a high‑performing selling culture, drive strong sales and a standout customer experience, oversee front‑end operations, and ensure brand standards and SOPs are followed.

You will coach, train, and develop team members while delivering reliable day‑to‑day execution and exceptional service. Responsibilities include MOD coverage, accurate POS usage, loyalty program enrollment, and omni‑channel initiatives like BOPIS
