Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies, store conditions, and results.
• Coach for best-in-class customer experience and selling behaviours.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, BOPIS, Same Day Delivery, and in-store programs.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
