Job summary

Compu Dynamics in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Managers while maintaining a personal sales book. You will drive strategy, ensure deal progression, and coach the team through full lifecycle in a fast-paced data center environment.

You will oversee forecasting, pricing, and pursuit alignment, building partnerships across the customer base and industry. This role requires a strong track record in complex sales and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in service or capital construction and modular sales.
• 2+ years leading a sales or service team.
• Proven ability to close business and grow a book of accounts.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience in mission-critical or data center environments preferred.
• Experience running pipeline and forecast reviews in HubSpot or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Carry a personal book of accounts and sales target alongside team target.
• Build team sales plan, assign accounts, territories and targets.
• Own deals through full lifecycle and guide team through stalls.
• Review HubSpot hygiene and ensure records meet standards.
• Negotiate contracts within delegated authority and coordinate with operations.
• Lead and develop Associate Account Managers, Account Managers and Senior Account Managers.
• Build team culture of discipline, responsiveness and shared intel.
