Job summary

Compu Dynamics is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Associate/Account/Senior Account Managers while managing a personal book of accounts and sales targets. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on dealmaking, driving growth across assigned territories and ensuring disciplined pipeline management.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in construction or data center sales, plus experience leading teams, coaching, and negotiating contracts to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in service or capital construction and modular sales; 2+ years leading a sales or service team.
• Proven track record closing business, growing a book of accounts and developing salespeople.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience in mission-critical or data center environments preferred.
• Experience running pipeline and forecast reviews in HubSpot or similar CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry a personal book of accounts and sales target alongside the team target.
• Build the team sales plan, assign accounts, territories and targets, and coach qualification.
• Manage deals through full lifecycle and assist where deals stall.
• Review HubSpot hygiene weekly and ensure records meet minimum standards.
• Negotiate contracts and approve terms within delegated authority.
• Lead and develop the Account Managers; coach on pipeline and closing with live deals.
