Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Managing Director to lead and accelerate growth within its Data Center division across the United States. The role demands senior leadership, a strong commercial background and the ability to win new business in a competitive market.

The successful candidate will own P&L, drive revenue and profitability, and build lasting relationships with developers, operators and contractors to scale a growing data center practice.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in engineering or infrastructure, with data centers or critical power a plus.
• Proven track record in securing new business and expanding client relationships.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets and commercial performance at a divisional level.

Responsibilities

• Take full P&L responsibility for the Data Center division and drive revenue, profitability and performance.
• Lead strategic business development to win new clients and expand existing relationships across the data center market.
• Leverage an established engineering platform to accelerate growth and align with market demands.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for data center and mission-critical sectors.
• Build and strengthen relationships with developers, owners, operators, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams and expand service offerings.
• Represent the business at an executive level to position the division for long-term commercial success.
