Job summary

Compu Dynamics seeks an Account Manager, Global Sales in Chantilly, VA to own a book of strategic accounts. You will drive service, capital construction and modular work from prospecting through turnover, while mentoring junior teammates and representing the company at industry events.

You will manage relationships with facility leaders and IT stakeholders, coordinate with service and project teams, and maintain accurate, timely HubSpot records to optimize winning strategies.

Qualifications

• Own a book of accounts and manage the full lifecycle from first contact to turnover.
• Specialty focus assigned by business unit: Service, Capital Construction and Modular, or Intake and Coordination.
• Senior level when carrying multiple large pursuits or strategic accounts and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Execute a territory or strategic account plan and generate leads on sites served and with new customers.
• Carry the work from first contact through scope, bid strategy, proposal, negotiation, award, execution and invoicing or turnover.
• Create and manage Deals in HubSpot, maintain accurate stage, close date and contacts.
• Document bids, ensure approvals, and route work to the correct teams per routing rules.
• Track site activity, capex announcements, and market insights for leadership.
• Represent Compu Dynamics at industry events and maintain OEM/vendor relationships.
