Job summary

Service Corporation International seeks a seasoned sales leader to coach and develop its sales staff, ensuring revenue goals are met. You will guide prospecting, public speaking, closing techniques, product knowledge, pricing, terms, and electronic contracts while resolving customer service issues and shadowing senior directors.

You will coordinate with marketing for campaigns, review contracts for compliance, and use CRM systems to optimize warm leads.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting goals.
• Licenses: Series 6 or 7, current or within six months of employment.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue goals and maintain conversion targets.
• Develop sales staff in prospecting, public speaking, closing, product knowledge, pricing, payment terms, and electronic contracts.
• Review contracts for compliance and accuracy; provide feedback to staff.
• Utilize CRM to identify warm leads and support marketing campaigns to grow market share.
• Develop annual sales plans and drive actions to meet objectives.
