Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience not required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience presenting, training, coaching and motivating salespeople is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed location sales quotas with instruction to Sales Counselors.
• Lead aftercare process, prospecting, product knowledge, and closing skills.
• Develop community marketing programs to grow prospects and awareness.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintain marketing materials and ensure budgeted sales programs.
